Core Responsibilities: Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of church membership, and other important events. This involve managing databases or physical files.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between church leadership pastors, elders, deacons, committees, and members. This involve sending out meeting notices, agendas, and minutes, as well as maintaining a church website or social media presence.
Event Planning and Logistics: Assisting in planning and organizing church events, such as worship services, Bible studies, burrials, etc.

Financial Management: Supporting the church treasurer with administrative tasks related to finances, such as maintaining records of income and expenses, preparing budgets, and processing payments.
Resource Management: Managing church resources like buildings, equipment, and supplies. This could involve scheduling facility use, maintaining inventories, and coordinating maintenance or repairs. Technology Integration: Assisting in implementing and maintaining technology solutions to support church operations, such as communication software, online giving platforms, or presentation tools.
